En fonction de l\u2019organisation nationale, plusieurs points de contact peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9s. L\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est de faciliter et am\u00e9liorer la communication entre le Secr\u00e9tariat et les \u00c9tats membres. La d\u00e9signation de points de contact a pour principaux avantages\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de garantir que les informations pertinentes sont communiqu\u00e9es au bon destinataire \/ \u00e0 la personne responsable\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>de permettre que les activit\u00e9s de l\u2019OTIF soient mieux connues, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que les actions nationales soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en temps voulu\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>de permettre que le Secr\u00e9tariat soit sensibilis\u00e9 aux probl\u00e9matiques nationales\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>de faciliter et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la communication entre les \u00c9tats membres sur les questions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019OTIF et la COTIF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Um das ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Funktionieren des Ad-hoc-Ausschusses f\u00fcr Rechtsfragen und internationale Zusammenarbeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, sollten die Mitgliedstaaten der OTIF und die dem COTIF beigetretenen regionalen Organisationen f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Integration einen oder mehrere Vertreter als Kontaktstellen benennen und das Sekretariat entsprechend informieren.<\/p>\n<p>Eine \u201eKontaktstelle\u201c ist eine von einem Mitgliedstaat oder einer regionalen Organisation als offizielle Anlaufstelle benannte Person, die f\u00fcr den Empfang, die \u00dcbermittlung und die Verbreitung von Informationen \u00fcber die T\u00e4tigkeiten des Ad-hoc-Ausschusses verantwortlich ist. Je nach nationaler Organisation k\u00f6nnen mehrere Kontaktstellen benannt werden. Das \u00fcbergeordnete Ziel besteht darin, die Kommunikation zwischen dem Sekretariat und den Mitgliedstaaten zu erleichtern und zu verbessern. Die Hauptvorteile der Benennung von Kontaktstellen sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sicherstellung, dass die Informationen an den richtigen Empf\u00e4nger\/die zust\u00e4ndige Person weitergeleitet werden;<\/li>\n<li>Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades der T\u00e4tigkeiten der OTIF, so dass nationale Verfahren rechtzeitig durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen;<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilisierung des Sekretariates f\u00fcr nationale Probleme;<\/li>\n<li>Erleichterung und Verbesserung der Kommunikation zwischen den Mitgliedstaaten zu die OTIF und das COTIF betreffenden Fragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In order to ensure that the ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation functions properly, the Member States of OTIF and the regional economic integration organisations that have acceded to COTIF should designate one or more representatives as focal points and inform the Secretariat accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201cfocal point\u201d means the physical person nominated by a Member State or regional organisation as the official correspondent responsible for receiving, submitting and disseminating information concerning the\u00a0ad hoc Committee\u2019s activities. Depending on the national organisation, several focal points\u00a0can be designated. The general aim is to facilitate and improve communication between the Secretariat and the Member States.
