Tagung im September 2021, die Generalversammlung beschloss, gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 13 \u00a7 2 COTIF einen Ad-hoc-Ausschuss f\u00fcr Rechtsfragen und internationale Zusammenarbeit f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren einzurichten.<\/p>\n<p>Unbeschadet der Zust\u00e4ndigkeit der in Artikel 13 \u00a7 1 COTIF genannten Organe erteilte die Generalversammlung dem Ad-hoc-Ausschuss f\u00fcr Rechtsfragen und internationale Zusammenarbeit folgendes Mandat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vorbereitung von \u00c4nderungs- oder Erg\u00e4nzungsentw\u00fcrfen zum \u00dcbereinkommen;<\/li>\n<li>Rechtsberatung auf eigene Initiative oder auf Ersuchen der in Artikel 13 \u00a7 1 und 2 COTIF genannten Organe bzw. auf Ersuchen der von diesen eingerichteten Gremien;<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rderung und Erleichterung der Anwendung und Umsetzung des COTIF;<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberwachung und Bewertung von Rechtsinstrumenten;<\/li>\n<li>Beschlussfassung \u00fcber die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internationalen Organisationen und Verb\u00e4nden, einschlie\u00dflich der Einrichtung und Aufl\u00f6sung beratender Kontaktgruppen mit anderen internationalen Organisationen und Verb\u00e4nden sowie der \u00dcberwachung der T\u00e4tigkeiten dieser Kontaktgruppen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Generalversammlung beauftragte den Ad-hoc-Ausschuss f\u00fcr Rechtsfragen und internationale Zusammenarbeit, gegebenenfalls seine Schlussfolgerungen und Vorschl\u00e4ge zur Pr\u00fcfung oder Entscheidung an die in Artikel 13 \u00a7 1 des COTIF genannten zust\u00e4ndigen Organe zu \u00fcbermitteln.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At its\u00a015th\u00a0session in September 2021, the General Assembly decided to set up an ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation in accordance with Article 13 \u00a7 2 of COTIF for a period of\u00a0three\u00a0years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Without prejudice to the competence of the organs referred to in Article 13 \u00a7 1 of COTIF, the General Assembly gave the ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation the following mandate:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To\u00a0prepare draft amendments or supplements to the Convention;<\/li>\n<li>To\u00a0provide legal advice on its own initiative or at the request of the organs referred to in Article 13 \u00a7 1 and 2 of COTIF or at the request of the organs established by them;<\/li>\n<li>To\u00a0promote and facilitate the functioning and implementation of COTIF;<\/li>\n<li>To\u00a0monitor and assess legal instruments;<\/li>\n<li>To\u00a0take decisions on cooperation with other international organisations and associations, including establishing and dissolving consultative contact groups with other international organisations and associations and monitoring the functioning of contact groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The General Assembly\u00a0decided that whenever applicable, the ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, shall submit its conclusions and proposals to the competent organs referred to in Article 13 \u00a7 1 of COTIF for consideration or decision.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
