1. General

OTIF provides the Extranet where Member States and other authorised parties can securely access information from OTIF.

By using the Extranet, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use and those contained within the Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, then you should not access the Extranet.

In the event of any comments or questions concerning the Extranet or these Terms of Use, Users should contact.

2. Access

In order to access the Extranet, you will be given personal Log-In Details. Each Authorised User may have a different level of access privilege. You agree that: (i) your Log-In Details are only for your personal use; (ii) you will not permit anyone else to use your Log-In Details to access the Extranet; and (iii) you will not transfer or share your Log-In Details with anyone else. You agree to keep your Log-In Details confidential. You agree to inform OTIF immediately if: (i) you believe that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account; and/or (ii) your Log-In Details have been disclosed to a third party. You are responsible for all access to the Extranet through your Log-In Details and agree to be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of your Log-In Details by any third party.

You represent and warrant that any information you provide to OTIF in order to obtain access to the Extranet is complete and accurate. It is your responsibility to inform OTIF of any changes to your information.

OTIF reserves the right to decline any particular user access to the Extranet, suspend user privileges and block access to the Extranet (in whole or in part) at any time and on any grounds.

3. Permitted Uses

(a) General

Material provided in this Extranet may be downloaded, viewed and printed for internal use only within your organisation

(b) Downloading Material

OTIF is not responsible for the security of any material that you download from the Extranet.

4. Confidentiality

The User shall keep confidential and shall not disclose to any person any information, whether in written or any other form, disclosed to it on the Extranet which is by its nature confidential.
